Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plans change—we get it. To help us keep reservations available for other guests while offering flexibility when possible, we’ve updated our refund and cancellation policy.

• Cancel 48+ hours before your reservation: You’ll receive either:
  • A 100% refund as a Smash Park gift card (valid for 60 days), or
  • A refund to your original payment method, less a 10% processing fee.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation: You’ll receive a 50% refund as a Smash Park gift card, valid for 60 days.
